I met Mark back in if I remember correctly was around 1980. Mark helped me to better appreciate the band Dire Straits. Him and I were very close friends for those twelve years. We laughed and cried and enjoyed each others company very much. I was hurt and sad to hear he had passed. It was strange when he left Colorado it was poof he was gone and never looked back. he was so layed back and easy to talk with. Mark, Wayne Brad and i had so much fun together. All of us as men and then as couples all got along so well I just don't understand all the details of the ends but he is the first of us buds to pass (bummer). He loved music so much we would talk for hours about the thoughts meanings and philosophy of lyrics and tunes. At one time he and i were really close he was a best friend i still remember his loyalty and friendship like it was yesterday. He was a man not afraid to say he loved cats. I know he always wanted a dog and I guess he got one. Well Sam i am glad he wasn't alone when it came. You don't know me but I am glad you were his friend at the end.
